Rajasthan Teachers Eligibility Test (Rajasthan TET) RTET Exam 2014
The Rajasthan TET is conducted by the government of Rajasthan. The TET is essential for those wanting to be teachers in the future. The Rajasthan TET is known as RTET. The exam is conducted as per the guidelines set by the central regulating authority. The TET exam is divided in two categories. Hopeful teachers can apply for the primary section where they will be teaching classes one to five. The other one is the upper primary where they will be teaching classes six to eight. The Rajasthan TET exam can be applied by anybody fulfilling the criteria.

Rajasthan TET Eligibility criteria:
Those having the proper requirement can easily apply for the exam. Among them there are many who didn’t make it in their first attempt so they can reapply if they want. Then there are few who have qualified but are not happy with their scores, so they can also apply.

The primary section has the criteria where the candidate need to be a higher secondary pass out with forty five percentages of marks along with a diploma in elementary education as well as special education.

The secondary section requires candidates to be graduates with at least fifty percentages of marks. Along with that they should have a degree in special education or a bachelor’s in elementary education.
All the degrees should be recognized by the NCTE and the RCI.

Rajasthan TET Exam pattern:
The Rajasthan TET exam has two parts where one is the primary paper and the other is the secondary paper. The primary paper has five parts where each part contains thirty marks. The secondary paper consists three parts each having thirty marks and two more papers having sixty marks each. The total of each paper comes at 150 marks. The cut off in the pass percentage is sixty percentages. The pass percentages is relaxed in the case SC/ST and OBC.
